In a government department the salary is according to pay scale and grade. in private sector the starting salary is Rs 3 to 4 lac per annum . After getting experience the salary has been increased.

In India most of the job created from government agencies and if you not get it within the age limit prescribed for the job then not so much option for you and anyone with average skills can not get a job in forensic science department.
